b) To carry out other support services related to strategic planning.
c) Prepare the administration's activity report.
d) Conduct studies to determine the administration's mission.
e) Examine external factors that will affect services in matters falling within the scope of the administration's duties.
f) Identify new service opportunities and take measures against threats that prevent effectiveness and efficiency.
g) Conduct internal capacity research, analyze the effectiveness of services and beneficiary satisfaction, and conduct general research.
